One of my jobs was to interview character witnesses of candiate police officers for the Kosovo Police Services Acadamy. Some
times this job took us into some very narrow country roads. This one such road. No it is not a one way road. We just lucked
out that only tractors traveled them in the winter cause other vehicles could not.

This is one of the few tanks that we found after NATO went in to get the Serbs. I was told that it used to be on the road
but was pushed off later to open up the road to regular traffic. I think the tank is world war two type Russian made. Russia
was suppose to be part of NATO at the time of the air strikes into Kosovo and Serbia.

During the NATO Air Strikes Kosovar Albanians had to cross these moutains to reach Kukes and then be transported to Schodra,
Tirana and far away Duress
